  • Eligibility Certificate: If you studied medicine abroad after May 2018, you must pass the “National-Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test for Admission to MBBS course” (NEET-UG) to get an Eligibility Certificate.
  • Valid Documents: Make sure all your documents, including the Eligibility Certificate (if needed) and your Medical Degree Certificate, are correctly apostilled/attested by the Indian Embassy.
  • Special Cases: If you have medical qualifications from certain countries and meet specific criteria, you may not need to take the FMGE.
  • Candidates from Pakistan: If you studied in Pakistan, you’ll need security clearance from the Ministry of Home Affairs before your FMGE result can be declared.
